Allison and her business partner Derrick, their background comes with the diversity of working within many facets of the culinary world. From the fast-paced aspect of customer service working in back of the house and front of the house in restaurants, bakeries, and cafes, to volunteering time at local soup kitchens.
Allison became an Executive Pastry Chef at a young age for three well known establishments in Bucks County, PA: The Black Bass Hotel, The Lumberville General Store & The Golden Pheasant. Allison also worked at local Montgomery County establishments like Normandy Farms, The Farmers Daughter Restaurant.
Derrick is the talent behind creating unique flavor profiles with the combination of locally sourced ingredients and the face behind giving our customers the best experience.
